Can guests arrive on the same day other guests depart?
Yes, as long as we are informed in advance and the departure time (before 10:00) and arrival time (from 15:00) are respected.

If a breakdown happens during a stay, would you take care of it?
Yes — and our response time is immediate.

If I rent my property through an agency or directly, can you coordinate check-in and check-out services?
Yes. We only need the check-in/check-out dates in advance, as well as the services required.

Can I rent bed linen and towels for my property?
Yes, we offer a linen rental service for our clients.

How much of my own linen do I need if I rent out my property?
The recommended minimum is three full sets of everything (bed linen, towels, bath mats and kitchen cloths): one in use, one being washed, and one ready in a locked cupboard for the next stay.

Is it possible to hire check-in management services without paying the annual fee?
No. The annual fee gives our clients access to additional services, alongside the basic services detailed in our offer.

How many cleaning hours are required to prepare a check-in?
It depends on the size of the property, number of terraces, windows, etc., and how clean it currently is. As a guide, a well-kept two-bedroom apartment with few outdoor areas can typically be prepared in around 4 hours.
